Funane Wildsplaas - Chalets is situated in the Bojanala District Municipality in the North West Province of South Africa.
The farm offers nature and wildlife enthusiasts the chance to explore expansive areas of bushveld wilderness, home to a wide range of unique flora and fauna. The accommodation on offer includes Swarthaak Chalets 1 and 2, Swarthaak Chalets 3 and 4, and Karee Damhuis.
The 2 Swarthaak Chalets are furnished with either 4 single beds or a double bed and a bunk bed for children under 12 years. Each of these chalets features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and a toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided. The kitchenette in both chalets are fully equipped for self-catering and contains a 2-plate stove and mini-oven, a bar fridge, as well as cutlery and crockery. Each chalet also has a braai area where visitors may unwind and take in the sounds of the bushveld.
Karee Damhuis is a charming thatched-roof cabin, ideal for a romantic escape, furnished with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and a toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided. The kitchenette is well equipped for self-catering and contains a bar fridge, a 2-plate stove and mini-oven, as well as a toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. The open-plan cabin features braai facilities and stunning views of the dam.
Funane Wildsplaas boasts additional accommodation offers for adventure-seeking visitors 500 m from the chalets.
There is a lapa with ample seating, a pool table and a braai area where guests can sit back, relax and enjoy the bushveld experience. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the on-site activities, which include swimming, cycling, bird watching, and hiking. There is a lovely children's play area, making it the ideal getaway for families.
