Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
- Balance payments are due 40 days prior to arrival, a 100% deposit will be required for all bookings made less than 40 days prior to arrival. Guests ID or passport is required at check-in.
- A R 245 booking fee is charged per booking.
- This property has an R 2500 refundable breakage deposit. An authorization hold will be placed on your credit card.
- A departure cleaning fee is charged per booking.
Bookings of 8 nights and longer will include a compulsory mid stay clean with fresh linen, this will be an additional charge.
