Description
The property accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms. The main oceanfront bedroom features a queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom offering both a bath and shower. The second and third bedrooms each include a double bed and share access to a separate family bathroom with a bath/shower and toilet. The fourth, also ocean-facing, is furnished with two single beds (convertible to a king bed) and an en-suite shower. All beds are made with crisp 100% cotton linen, and towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a microwave, air frier, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery. The adjoining scullery offers a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. The spacious living area contains an eight-seater dining table, comfortable seating, and a flat-screen Smart TV with Netflix access. Additional amenities in the living space include an indoor braai area and a gas fireplace, ideal for winter stays.
The expansive deck provides a luxurious continuously heated hot tub, ready on arrival (using heat pump energy), braai facilities, outdoor furniture, and a dining table, while the patio boasts panoramic sea views and opportunities for whale watching from July to November. A dedicated games area is available in the downstairs games room, complete with darts, a table tennis/pool table combination, and a second Smart TV with Netflix access. Secure parking is available for two vehicles in the double garage, which offers direct access to the house. The house is also fitted with a 5-kW inverter and battery storage to provide back-up electricity in the event of load shedding.
The house can be accessed through the back door with no additional stairs to the top floor. All amenities are situated on the top floor except the 4th bedroom and games room, making it accessible even to guests with difficulty to climb stairs.
