The second bedroom, which is partially enclosed, includes two single extra-length beds. The kitchen is equipped with a bar fridge, microwave, air fryer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine with compatible pods supplied by guests and kettle. The units are separated by a design feature in the shared courtyard.
The property is equipped with an inverter and a UPS for Wi-Fi during load shedding. Upon arrival, guests may be greeted from afar by the host's 2 small dogs, who will alert the hosts of the guests' arrival but have no access to the units.
Parking is available for one car on the far left of the driveway, with additional curbside parking also available. The property is situated in a peaceful suburb close to Blouberg’s main beach, famous for world-class kite-surfing competitions. Guests can enjoy a walk to the beach or a short drive. The property is also conveniently located near excellent restaurants, shopping malls, and a hospital.
