Hidden Gem is a charming and unique north-facing, self-catering holiday home facing the game reserve, carefully hidden away and surrounded by wide open spaces, dams, and nature in the Langebaan Country Estate. It offers close proximity to many beaches, below the bottom of the 12th fairway of the 18 hole golf course, with putt-putt, driving range with coffee shop, paddle, tennis and other courts and many more lifestyle estate amenities like an Oxygym and sports facilities making it perfect for families, golf enthusiasts, runners, game viewing, mountain biking, hiking, bowling, tennis, soccer, fishing, boating, kiting, foiling, windsurfing, horse riding, dirt bikes, travellers and adventurers or groups of family and friends.
This property can accommodate up to 7 persons at a time in 3 en-suite bedrooms and 1 person on the lounge couch with bedding provided. The master en-suite bedroom has a king-size bed., with a large bathroom fitted with a toilet, basin, shower and bath. The second and third bedrooms are comfortably furnished with queen-size beds and feature en-suite bathrooms fitted with large showers with views into nature, basins and toilets. Each bedroom and the lounge have TV's with Android TV boxes for all your media or DSTV NOW logins, clean towels & linen, 1 blanket per bed, 1 hair dryer per house, 2 room fans, hand pump soaps at all basins and 2 rolls 2ply toilet paper per bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, small air fryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, 4 door fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and a central 6-seater dining table. The lounge has comfortable couches as well as a sleeper couch.. The home has fast fibre Wifi with router on UPS to power the Wi-Fi during power outages no longer than 3 hours.
The living area leads onto a patio with outdoor seating and a built-in braai overlooking the 12m lap pool, game reserve and the bottom of the 12th fairway with game viewing of antelope, tortoises, mongoose and prolific bird life.
There are 9 dams around the property situated in the valley basin. The long front patio rests onto to the exclusive 12m-long solar warmed Lap Pool. Guests are to please leave the pool cleaner in the pool and not tamper with the pump timer settings as this cleans and heats the pool during mid day hours.
Guests are afforded secure on-site parking. The estate also offers a golf course, a driving range with a coffee shop, a clubhouse with a restaurant and lounges with fireplaces to enjoy a drink and the sunset view over the estate and lagoon, a Pro Shop, and many more sports facilities such as nearby parks and a bike pump track for all to enjoy.
