House Rules
Please note that you will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by management upon booking.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. Smoking is allowed outside in the garden area - ashtrays are provided.
No parties are allowed.
Please note that quiet times are between 10 pm - 8 am. Any noise disturbances or parties will result in a penalty fee, which will be deducted from the security deposit or claimed through your booking platform.
Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Additional guests are not allowed without prior approval.
If you're having dinner, a maximum of 8 people (including guests staying at the accommodation) are allowed in the house.
Damages to property and loss will be charged according to current replacement value and or repair cost. Please notify hosts of any damages or incidents as soon as they happen.
Please ensure all appliances and lights are switched off when not in use to conserve energy.
The garden area, pool, and jacuzzi are for the sole use of registered guests.
Please shower before using the jacuzzi - suncream, suntan lotion, oils, makeup, etc. cause major damage to the jacuzzi and create huge maintenance problems. Please do not add any soap or chemicals to the water in the Jacuzzi.
The sauna is strictly off-limits and not available for use.
Housekeeping is available only upon request and at an additional charge of R400 per cleaning per day. This amount goes directly to our staff.
