Not worth what we paid. Disappointed. I don't think the cost of the stay was worth what our experience was. The rooms are pretty basic. Clean, but not nearly worth it. The buffet breakfast was ice cold and the beef sausages were so tough I couldn't cut them. The mushrooms were dry and cold. The service wasn't great either. We may have paid more for location, but it's still not nearly worth it.

Excellent! I would definitely recommend Kloof Street Hotel to anyone! It is centrally located and has a wonderful staff. It will be difficult to stay anywhere else!

Absolutely worth the value for money. Breakfast was amazing, the service excellent and the view spectacular. Friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for 2 nights and I was willing to cancel my next destination and prolong our stay if I could.

Really great. Front desk was super helpful and accommodating. I would only suggest to let the staff who cleans the rooms to double check. We missed hand soap in the bathroom and the shower drain was completely clogged resulting in the water to overflow. Other than that - it was a comfortable stay.

Fantastic city hotel! We really enjoyed our overnight stay at the hotel. Staff were accommodating and the facilities were beautifully decorated in a modern yet cosy feel. Breakfast was absolutely divine!

Good. Value for money paid, booked on winter promotion. Staff at reception friendly, welcoming and of assistance. No mat/rug in room, I suggest they look into putting in a mat, flooring is very cold and one ends up using a towel to stand on after showering. No variety at breakfast, only scrambled eggs for four days of our stay. Only apple juice flavour put out for breakfast buffet.
