Paros U1 is a delightful self-catering ground-floor apartment located in a secure complex in Shaka's Rock, situated within walking distance from Chaka's Rock Tidal Pool, making it ideal for a family holiday.
This unit can comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 4 children and comprises 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. Please note that the fourth bedroom is only for children. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan. The second bathroom is also fitted with a bath and shower. Linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery, dishwasher, and washing machine. Leading from the kitchen is an 8-seater dining table and a lounge with comfortable couches and a smart TV with Netflix. Access to free Wi-Fi is also available.
The living area opens onto an enclosed patio with sea views and outdoor seating. Guests have access to portable braai facilities, a single lock-up garage, and limited unallocated guest parking.
The complex also offers guests access to the communal swimming pool.
