Good for the soul. We were looking for a spot where our young kids could roam around without a worry and we could all relax and do nothing but stare at some beautiful surroundings. Build a fire. Go for a walk. This place was absolutely perfect.

Wonderful, quiet, peaceful, in nature where you can find yourself again! Reception by Sledge was warm and professional. The unit has everything you need for a great stay. Quiet and peaceful, away from all the noise - wonderful to be able to share in this piece of paradise. The view over the dam is wonderful, the many bird sounds are nice to listen to - with the call of the osprey a big bonus. Nice place to walk - and the company of the two large dogs during the walk and when we sat outside was nice. And then there are all the dahlias and the lawns that are perfectly maintained. Fantastic getaway. My stay was too short. It was fantastic. Sledge and Ulli went out of their way to make sure I got out safely on the roads as it was raining heavily. My Yorkie Sky and I had a great stay. We will definitely go back.

Fantastic, peaceful and scenic. We were pleasantly surprised by Sledge who welcomed us with open arms. Lawns and garden beautifully green and well maintained. Peaceful atmosphere is definitely an asset. Will stay there again.
