River's End Farm is situated on the banks of the Klein River Lagoon within a peaceful bird sanctuary, just 7 km from the charming village of Stanford. The property offers a unique countryside escape with accommodation in a luxury self-catering log cabin, a beautifully restored classic camper van, and additional campsites for nature lovers seeking an authentic outdoor experience.
The River Cabin comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include double beds and bunk beds suitable for up to 4 children. The spacious open-plan living area features selected DStv channels and opens onto a large deck overlooking the surrounding wetlands, mountains, and natural landscape.
The Black Eagle Bus is a classic camper van that accommodates 2 adults and 1 child. The sleeping area includes a double bed and a sleeper couch for a child, while the bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and wash basin. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, cookware, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Linen and bath towels are provided. The camper operates on solar power, offering a comfortable, unique off-grid experience.
River's End Farm is a destination for guests seeking tranquillity, birdlife, and outdoor adventure. Guests have access to canoes, a paddle boat, braai facilities, and a wood-fired KolKol hot tub. The farm is also conveniently located near pristine beaches, limestone rock formations, and the many attractions of Hermanus, just a 30-minute drive away.
