For added convenience, an additional free-standing bathroom is available, fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin, and toilet. Crisp linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, tea- and coffee-making facilities, necessary cutlery and crockery, and a fridge-freezer. A scullery is available, along with a chest freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. The living area features a dining table and chairs, and an indoor fireplace. A work station is also available. The lounge is furnished with comfortable seating for ultimate relaxation, a TV, Wi-Fi, a large dining table and chairs, and a built-in braai.
Through the sliding doors, guests can step onto the wooden patio furnished with outdoor furniture and can make use of the portable braai, surrounded by mountain views. The home is located within walking distance of the beach and the penguins at Stony Point Nature Reserve. Harold Porter Botanical Gardens and hiking trails are located nearby, along with restaurants, local cafes, shops, and other nearby amenities, approximately 2.5 km away. Secure parking is available.
