Pleasant. Location etc. fantastic for us as we had a vehicle. Unfortunately, the lighting in the bathroom was really bad and we had no water, which was rectified later on. A pity that the unit isn't serviced at all. However, Melinda was lovely and helpful and met us at the hotel late due to our flights being delayed. That was appreciated. Undercover/safe parking for rental vehicle not offered or not available was never mentioned. Personally, a bit expensive and disappointing for that particular unit. (My opinion).

Quiet, fantastically located and close to many attractions! A friend and I had a great stay at Tranquil Impulse in the Strand. The hotel is right in front of the promenade and very close to everything. The restaurant is very nice and even made us coffee before 7 (opening time). Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful.
