Description
10 on Malgas is a spacious self-catering house for up to 6 guests in Yzerfontein, just 700 m from the beach.
Ideal for a large family or two smaller families, the house accommodates 6 people and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a large veranda. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The second and third bedrooms each have a king-size bed. These two rooms share a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. For convenience, linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and tea and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher and washing machine are also available for guest use. Guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table or relax in the living room, which is equipped with a TV offering a full range of DStv channels and Netflix. Unlimited WiFi is also available. This unit is solar-powered and therefore unaffected by load shedding.
The living room opens onto a large balcony with an outdoor dining area and beautiful sea views. Secure parking for 2 vehicles is available in the shade and behind a lockable gate. A cleaning service is available on request at an additional cost.
Yzerfontein offers a variety of restaurants and cafés, as well as activities such as fishing, surfing, skiing, sailing, sandboarding, and hiking trails. Guests can visit the Dassen Island Lighthouse, the Khwa Ttu San Heritage Centre, and nearby nature reserves, which come alive in spring with wildflowers.
