This contemporary double-storey home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and features 4 well-appointed bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet, along with generous open plan living spaces designed for relaxation and easy coastal living.
The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and includes a private en suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second and third bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed and share a full bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and washbasin. The fourth bedroom, located upstairs, is ideal for families and is furnished with 4 single beds. This large family suite includes a dressing room, an en suite bathroom with a shower, a small table with chairs and sliding doors that open onto a balcony with beautiful sea views.
At the heart of the home is the open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, ice machine, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. A separate laundry room features a washing machine, tumble dryer and an additional gas stove, making the home well-suited for longer stays.
The living room offers comfortable seating and a flat screen TV, ideal for unwinding after a day exploring Yzerfontein. Sliding doors lead to the front of the house, where guests can enjoy uninterrupted ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves.
