No frills accommodation with all you need for a beach holiday.

Great location, with all amenities, no frills and perfect for us. Fab braai area and converted garage space. Don’t use the blue deodorisers though, they smell toxic!

Lekker ontspannend.

Die rustigheid en ontspanning van die omgewing was fantasties en was so lekker om elke oggend en aand die see te kon hoor in die gemak van die leefplekkie.

Rustig en lekker ontspan.

Loopafstand van die see, lagoon, winkel en restaurant. Die mooiste natuur. Die behuising het alles wat 'n mens nodig het. Ideaal vir families.

Stil en rustig.

Kon rustig ontspan, buite sit onder bome, geen hindernisse nie. Baie gestap strand toe was net eenvoudig 'n blessing.

Heerlik!

Plekkie is baie vreedsaam en rustig, mens kan waarlik daar afskakel en rus. Kinders het die strand geniet, grotes die branders en die kleintjies die strandmeer. Ongelooflike lekker weer. Sal beslis weer gaan. Matrasse dalk net effe deurgeslaap al.

Excellent location, peaceful. Everything you need, nothing you don't!

Simple straightforward rustic accommodation close to the beach. Lekker braai area. Heaters and everything you could need. This is not five star but excellent value, comfortable and all we could have wished for.

We loved the closeness to nature. Sitting around the braai at night was so peaceful. It would be great to have a few camp chairs for outside.

Loadshedding, kort gasstoof. Loft vloer, mense onder slaap nie.

Huis het elektriese stoof met 2 keer per dag loadshedding kon ons nie kosmaak nie. Die loft is great, maar die gaste wat loop bo-op die houtvloere, maar maak dat mense onder nie kan slaap nie. Dit raas jou wakker. Die woonstel is great, behalwe die stukkende meubels en goed wat daar gestoor word. Daar is geen huis nommer nie. Die huisnaambord is nie duidelik nie.

Ons het dit geniet. Die huis self was netjies en gerieflik. Weer en natuur en die dorp was perfek. Kan gerus die winkel en eetplek ondersteun. Dorp mooi netjies en mense baie vriendelik.

Die huis self kan binne kan meer modern ingerig word met klein maar nodige verandering. Die huis en erf is pragtig. Ons het dit baie geniet.

It was fine barring the comments below and fair value for money.

There was no toilet paper in the house, the geyser was switched off and there were no instruction to get the stove working (as much as we tried).

Beautiful place and great value for money, but house needs some renovations.

You cannot really expect a lot for this price so this house was a real bargain at this beautiful place. The house has a strong 'old'-smell and everything looks 'very used' or rather as if it hadn't been used for a long time. The one bathroom is tiny and not enough for 10 people staying at the house, the kitchen facilities are sufficient but not more than that. The area is safe however the alarm is a joke as the front door lock is the wrong way round and can easily be opened and this door is not covered by the alarm system. It was an experience, but next time I'd rather spend that money on a nicer place.

Rejuvenating and entertaining exposure to everything that's wonderful and inspiring. Will definitely visit again.

Was heerlik en ontspannend.

Daar kan dalk nuwe matrasse aangekoop word. Die matrasse is baie deurgelê. Die da versierings is bietjie lastig vir lang mense. Verder het ons heerlik gerus en 'n wonderlike tyd gehad. Baie dankie vir lieflike woudwoning! Ons het dit vreeslik geniet.

Solid accommodation at reasonable rates.

Decent option. No real complaints. Lots of green trees and feels close to nature. Had a nice peaceful stay. Absolutely fantastic for sleeping. For those hoping to watch a little TV, be aware that you'll need own DStv decoder and card (nothing at all available without it). Overall, good value for money.

Lovely cottage style value for money accommodation.

Wonderful to get away to Nature's Valley on weekends from Plett and being able to spend three nights there - very convenient. Just a thought about the "kaggel" in the back room, as impressive as it is the closeness to the "kaggel" of the wooden walls was a safety concern as cinders can easily fall out through the back of the kaggel and set fire to the wooden walls that surround it!

Stunningly beautiful area, great house with a lot of sleeping space, excellent value for money!

If you have friends or family that love hiking, beautiful scenery, and the beach then look no further! I think they need to update the description because there was a lot more sleeping space, showers and braai's than mentioned in the description. The kitchen contained everything we needed, although we braaied primarily. There are 2 double beds and 7 single beds,2 braai's (big one outside, smaller one inside), 2 showers (one big shower and one bath shower), and parking for more than 4 cars easily on this property. Underpromise overdeliver.
