House Rules

Pets are not allowed.
Parties are not allowed.
An extra charge of R150.00 will apply when checking in after 18:00 and after 22:00, an extra fee of R250.00, which is payable upon check-in.
No loud noise after 21:00 and no noise after 23:00.
No smoking. You will be liable for a fine of up to R1,000.00 for smoking violations.
The host may require you to send us a copy of all the guests' ID/ Passport documents, as they need to register you with the building manager.
No more than 2 visitors are allowed at any time, and no one is allowed to stay over except for the guests booked.
You will also be required to sign a document upon check-in explaining the house rules.
For monthly rentals (30+ nights), electricity will be limited to R500.00 for a 1-bedroom and R750.00 for a 2-bedroom.
