Baie vriendelik en behulpsaam.

Dit was mooi, skoon. Die eienaar was vreeslik behulpsaam, maar die Netflix was die volgende dag uitgestel. Na hy dit die vorige middag ingestel het. Nooit gesê die geyser is op 'n timer nie. Dus het my suster koue water gekry om te bad.

We apologize about the water temperature, but as I explained, our geysers are solar and taking a bath at early hours as she did they will not be at their hottest. We try to tell all our guests about this and the manual control, and will strive to do so in the future.

Vriendelike en behulpsame gasheer en -vrou. Eenheid was netjies en mooi versier.

Ons het net een aand oorgeslaap, maar die kamer het alles gehad wat ons nodig gehad het en die beddens was gemaklik. Ligging is goed - rustig en stil woonbuurt en lekker naby aan die hoofpad.

Great host. Rooms with the views facing the lake are large and roomy, but the room was too crammed and small.

For a overnight trip it works.

We strive to improve our services at all times, and welcome detailed reviews, both positive and negative.
Unfortunately, you not told us how to improve. First, the photographs on the website are clear and show the room as it is, we did not imply it was anything other than what it is. To call our rooms "too small" is unclear and could be a value judgement or opinion, not fact. ]
Second, our prices are the lowest in the area, we are constantly praised for our value for money, it is unclear what you found lacking in our prices.
Third, if you found either of the rooms or our common areas unclean, he did not share it with us at the time, or subsequently, the low cleanliness rating is inconsistent with our standards and with the responses we receive from our other guests. Lastly, if Mr. Naidoo felt unsafe here he did not share this with us, nor did he comment on what he could have found lacking in our security. We live in a secure area and provide all necessary security precautions consistent with this area.
Again, we appreciate your comments, but I invite you to be more detailed in your descriptions, so that if there is a way we can improve, we may do so.

It is a beautiful place. My boyfriend and I enjoyed it so much.

We had booked the VIP Room 2. Fitted with a bathtub and a shower, kitchen, bedroom and its own lounge area. We had an amazing view of the golf course, table mountain as well as the flamingos. The beach is literally a 5 minute walk away and its so peaceful. We relaxed mostly because our work lives and parenting gets hectic at times but we really enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend it.

Uitstekende diens en mens voel sommer welkom van die begin af.

Die diens was uitstekend en die verwelkoming nog beter. Dit is 'n pragtige plek wat ek vir enige iemand sal aanbeveel. Die eienaars gaan uit hul pad om te help met enige iets.
