Andrew and Billy are amazing, they're wonderful people. It was a warm, friendly welcome. I would definitely recommend the accommodation to anyone.

We received a warm welcome from the host, great personality. The rooms aren't 100% as advertised in the pictures; I think they're edited and taken at the beginning. All my friends added comments to this review about their experience over the weekend. When we entered the lounge area, there were chips on the couches; someone had eaten them and didn't clean at all. The bathroom didn't have any hand wash or paper towels to dry your hands; we had to buy our own. The cleanliness of the entire apartment wasn't 100

First impressions last a lifetime.

Huge potential if issues are addressed.

We were greeted by the very friendly owner of the guesthouse upon arrival. The customer service throughout was warm and friendly. We also received free pure oxygenated mineral water from an actual hot spring, which we appreciated. However, the actual stay should be the highlight, not just the customer service. Here are a few of the main issues that need attention: There were swarms and swarms of huge (and I mean kamikaze huge!) mosquitoes. I have never seen so many mosquitoes in my entire life! We had to go out and buy repellent and electronic mosquito killers for three rooms in order to have a semi-good night’s rest. I understand that the property is located next to a wetland, but then this issue should be catered for with the necessary precautions. Not pleasant. The family suite's layout is very awkward. The kitchen, dinner table, and chairs are all located inside one of the bedrooms. Imagine having a good time with your partner only to have an urgent knock on the door from someone who needs a late-night snack or beer from the fridge. Uncomfortable, to say the least. There are no plugs located next to the beds, which means all devices have to be charged in the kitchenette, next to the microwave. There are no cupboards or shelves in either of the two rooms, no hangers, and absolutely nowhere to hang or pack your clothes. We were luckily staying for one night only, but I can't imagine staying there for more than one night without having a place to put clothes! The second bedroom is completely bare, with literally no available space to put one’s suitcases, clothes, and other belongings. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows so hard, we had a restless night for all the wrong reasons. I do realize that mattresses are not cheap, but it is something a good guesthouse has no choice but to invest in. The bathroom has a shower and a bath, which we really appreciated, but there was no handwash or other soap or amenities. The hot water tap in the bath had lukewarm water at best. As someone who really appreciates a scalding hot bath at the end of the day, the lukewarm water was a huge disappointment. These are not insurmountable problems, and I believe that the owners of the guesthouse will appreciate our constructive criticism. The view, however, was really to die for – Table Mountain in all its glory!

Was heerlik rustig.

Kan net die inboektyd bietjie vroeër maak. Tyd is baie min, maar verder love ek alles.

Gemaklik, gerieflik, veilig en bekostigbaar.

Ons was vriendelik ontvang en ons verblyf was gerieflik en netjies met alles wat ons nodig gehad het vir selfsorg. Baie dankie.

Ons het twee nagte oornag.

Die trappe na die eerste vloer waar ons kamer geleë was, was baie nou wat dit moeilik gemaak het om ons tasse op te dra na ons kamer. Die trappe was ook onveilig, want die handreëling was los. Die planke van die man-gat was los van die plafon, wat die kamer die gevoel gegee het van 'n lae standaard. Ons motor moes buite die gastehuis parkeer - dus in die pad. Die uitsig oor die gholfbaan en Tafelberg was baie mooi.

The area is very safe. Kitchen is very unpleasant in the morning, the morning sun all over in the kitchen (blinds will do wonders) It's a self-catering place. No table to sit and eat your breakfast. The bedding was not clean. No inside parking for our bakkie. But we managed. Thank you. TV did not work at all. We do have a nine-year-old who wants to watch at night television. When it was loadshedding. You can't use the toilet (it's not flushing) and no water.

Would advise pet and environmental pest control outside.

Netjies en gerieflike kamer. Vriendelike ontvangs.

Ons is vriendelik ontvang. Die kamer is klein en gerieflik ingerig. Alles wat ons nodig gehad het was daar. Bed is gemaklik en ons het lekker geslaap. Die Hydro bied dienste soos masserings aan waarvan ons beslis volgende keer gebruik sal maak. Dankie.

Rustig en ontspannend.

Die massering wat ons addisioneel geneem het was uitstekend. Ideale ontspanningswegbreekplek. Sal beslis weer daarheen wil gaan vir 'n wegbreek. Absoluut superb.

Baie vriendelik en behulpsaam.

Dit was mooi, skoon. Die eienaar was vreeslik behulpsaam, maar die Netflix was die volgende dag uitgestel. Na hy dit die vorige middag ingestel het. Nooit gesê die geyser is op 'n timer nie. Dus het my suster koue water gekry om te bad.

Dis 'n tuiste weg van die huis af.

Vriendelike en behulpsame gasheer en -vrou. Eenheid was netjies en mooi versier.

Ons het net een aand oorgeslaap, maar die kamer het alles gehad wat ons nodig gehad het en die beddens was gemaklik. Ligging is goed - rustig en stil woonbuurt en lekker naby aan die hoofpad.

Great host. Rooms with the views facing the lake are large and roomy, but the room was too crammed and small.

For a overnight trip it works.

It is a beautiful place. My boyfriend and I enjoyed it so much.

We had booked the VIP Room 2. Fitted with a bathtub and a shower, kitchen, bedroom and its own lounge area. We had an amazing view of the golf course, table mountain as well as the flamingos. The beach is literally a 5 minute walk away and its so peaceful. We relaxed mostly because our work lives and parenting gets hectic at times but we really enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend it.

Uitstekende diens en mens voel sommer welkom van die begin af.

Die diens was uitstekend en die verwelkoming nog beter. Dit is 'n pragtige plek wat ek vir enige iemand sal aanbeveel. Die eienaars gaan uit hul pad om te help met enige iets.
