Heerlike, privaat tuisvoel-plekkie.

Dit was net ek en my tienerseun. Die plek is goed ingerig. Vanessa is 'n baie vriendelike gasvrou wat interessante plekke uitgewys het wat ons kon besoek. Sy het selfs aangebied om ons wasgoed te was. Ons het lekker gebly.

Vanessa is 'n ongelooflike mens.

Vanessa en haar man was albei vriendelik en het baie omgegee. Baie dankie dit is iets wat mens nie meer kry nie. Ware omgee. Danie Vanessa.

No, not at all. My family was totally unhappy.

We had to wash from a basin due to the flat not having hot water in their shower. The season currently when visited by us was frog season and it was a big disturbance to our sleep. The flat had no hot water and the WiFi signal was pathetic and the owner's service regarding my complaints was not acceptable. The owner never treated us as guests, she ignored all my messages during my stay and refused to refund me after checking out. I will not recommend this place to family, friends, colleagues or even my enemies. I don't think this guest house had customer etiquette. This owner needs to change her ways and also her business etiquette towards her customers and treat all customers equally. She has no customer service or any customer etiquette.

I am truly sorry you feel this way

The hot water comes from a 150litre geyser which is more than adequate to supply the establishment. Had you turned the lever to the left, or alternatively the center you would have discovered that there was hot water and enjoyed a hot shower.

The same W-Fi signal has been supplied to all guests, some long stay and short stay, and you are the first to establish this bad bandwidth as how Wi-Fi is affected everywhere in S.A. with dips.

After being told you will arrive at 13:00 which I made myself available to check you in, and orientate you and your family, you finally arrived at 20:45. Also informing me the address you were supplied with was incorrect, then re-looking at the message I sent you, it was established to discover that you stopped off at Natalia, and had a leisure afternoon of swimming.

Refunds will take place when full blame is on the establishment. However, when the facility has everything in place namely, hot water and Wi-Fi and no opportunity to show you how to reset the Wi-Fi and where the hot water tap is, then no, there are no grounds for us to refund.

Every single guest has been treated with the utmost respect, as with how you and your family were on arrival after your afternoon spent at Natalia. I was not afforded any other interaction before you re-joined your party at Natalia where you were closer to your team. Natalia is in fact a distance apart from each other.

Thank you for welcoming us to your home away from home.

Thank you for welcoming us into your home and allowing us to make it our home. We honestly felt very comfortable staying there, we could come and go as we pleased. We felt so safe. It was so centrally situated. They even shared there delicious avocados with us! Would highly recommend it.

Gemaklike verblyf.

Dit was presies wat ons benodig het. Die wasmasjien was 'n groot bonus.

Baie lekker.

Ons was baie min by Springside self - het teveel op ons lysie gehad om te doen in en om Durban. Vanessa is so gasvry gewees. Die krag was een oggend af a.g.v. oorstromings & vloede & sy het spesiaal vir ons kookwater gebring vir koffie. Die wasmasjien was 'n groot pluspunt. Ons het baie lekker hier gebly.
