Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1800 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

Please note that a refundable breakage deposit is levied on every confirmed booking and is dependent on the number of guests. The breakage deposit is payable in cash on arrival and will be refunded on day of departure if the property and its contents are in the same condition as it was found.

Guests are required to bring their own beach- and swimming towels, as the towels in the units are not allowed to be removed.

Meal vouchers can be issued by the establishment for breakfasts and dinners, available by prior arrangement and at an additional cost.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

A once-off cleaning fee of R500 is payable in December.

Unit 1A and 1B is available for 4 people in December only.
Please note, sections of the unit are accessed via 3 stairs. The establishment also has a ramp for guests with mobility challenges.
