The hosts prefer family bookings and corporate bookings, provided that the corporate bookings are made through the company.
There is no breakage deposit however if there are damages caused by the guests, they will be expected to pay for the damages.
House-trained pets are welcome on prior arrangement, providing guests clean up after them. Should this not be the case the hosts will charge an extra cleaning fee. Should the pets damage the furniture, the guests will be expected to pay for the damages.
