This compact ground-floor unit is furnished with a double bed and offers an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet, and a basin. The kitchenette is well equipped for self-catering and contains a bar fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, cutlery, and crockery. There are no cooking facilities available. Guests can enjoy their own private entrance, small garden, and alarm system, as well as a shared back garden and a refreshing aboveground swimming pool during summertime (Oct - Feb). It is suitable for short term stays, 2 weeks, as it is furnished with the basics you need.

The pool is available from October to the end of February.
Please note that there is a breakage deposit required on check-in. You can either pay via immediate EFT, Cash, or Yoco. Please note that payment via Yoco will incur a 5% surcharge. Bank details are given on request. The deposit will be refunded within 3 working days after departure, as the unit needs to be inspected for any damages after checkout.
No smoking of any kinds, vaping, or hubbly is permitted inside the self-catering accommodations under any circumstances. If any traces, signs, or smells indicate that someone was vaping/smoking smells with perfumes indoors, the deposit will not be refunded. 3 x Designated smoking areas are available in the garden.
After washing is done, guests need to hang outside to dry and not indoor over furniture.
The shower is limited to 1 guest in the shower.
