Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R4000 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

Children aged between 0 and 6 stay free.
Children aged between 7 and 18 pay 100% of the sharing rate.
Check-in 4 pm (or by arrangement) / Check-out 10 am (or by arrangement).
Please note that you will be held liable for any serious damage to our property. You will also be asked upon arrival to pay a R 4500 breakage deposit in cash. Naturally this will be refunded when you leave and everything is in order and we don't charge for a broken glass or a plate.
We expect the guests to look after the house/apartment as we would and to leave it in the same condition they found it.
No smoking indoors please.
Please respect neighbors right to peace and quiet after 10 pm during the week, and 11 pm weekends.
No animals allowed, No parties, weddings etc.
