Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Check-in is at 16:00 (or by prior arrangement), and check-out is at 10:00 (or by arrangement).
Guests will be held liable for any serious damage to the property. A refundable breakage deposit is required in cash upon arrival and will be returned after departure, provided everything is in order. Minor items such as a broken glass or plate will not be charged.
Guests are expected to take care of the house or apartment and leave it in the same condition as they found it.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Please respect neighbours’ right to peace after 22:00 during the week and 23:00 on weekends.
Animals, parties, and events such as weddings are not permitted.
