Dolphin Crescent Views is a magnificent ocean-view holiday villa situated in the heart of Shaka's Rock. This villa is a great option for either a large family or a group of friends as this villa not only spoils with beautiful ocean views but is only a 300 m stroll away from the beach capturing the essence of seaside living.
This villa can comfortably accommodate a total of 8 adults and 6 children as this villa comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the main house and 2 flatlets with their own bathroom. In the house, the air-conditioned main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom contains a bunk bed. The fourth bedroom contains a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. These 3 rooms are only suitable for children. Another bath is available in the third bathroom. The first flatlet has a bedroom with 2 king-size beds and an en-suite shower, while the other flatlet has a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower.
The spacious air-conditioned open-plan living area in the house features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, air fryer, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the scullery. Leading from this kitchen is a dining space with an indoor braai where guests can enjoy their meals together. The lounge has comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. Additionally, this main residence has a loft space with comfortable seating which has stunning ocean views and is a great spot for a morning coffee.
Both flatlets are air-conditioned and have a cosy living area with a lounge space and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining space. Outside both flatlets are private patios with a table and seating where guests can enjoy a secluded coffee. The main living area opens onto a lovely covered balcony with a comfortable lounging corner, a Weber braai and a built-in braai which is the perfect spot for a sundowner in the evening while admiring the views.
