Breakage Deposit

House Rules

- No pets are allowed.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Body Corporate Rules always apply.
- No loud music or shouting will be allowed in public spaces, including the pool and gardens or on balconies.
- Quiet hours must be maintained between 22h00 and 7h00 every day.
-The complex reserves the right of admission to the complex and if guests refuse to observe the rules of the complex they will be requested to leave.
-Guests must sign in on arrival at the reception in
order to record their details and acknowledge the rules of the complex.
