Absolute crap experience. Never again at this place.

The en suite stank the room out so badly that my wife and I slept in the lounge on the last of the 3 days that we were there. Even with the en-suite door closed. The internet did not "reach" the two bedrooms. We had to connect via our phone hotspot for WiFi. For the amount of money we paid per night, I would have expected a cleaning service daily - but nothing at all. As an example, 1 x half a roll of toilet paper was left for a 3-day stay for 2 people. The place is absolutely minute. (Small).

Hi Paul I am sorry to read your negative feedback this unit is 84sq meter which makes it relatively bigger than other units on the beachfront about the smell we do sometimes have a slight smell coming through the stacks if the top units are not in use as I explained to you but you are the first person to find it offensive. Both toilets are supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper with check-in for short visits like your 3 days Seeing that this unit which is lovely is advertised as a self-catering unit it also shows that a cleaning service is available if you book in advance and for your costs about the Wi-Fi you are also the first to complain about this but we will have this checked and see if we get a better one as a lot of people do work from home I thank you for your feedback as this allows us to better our service.

Gesin met klein kinders

Baie lekker gekuier.

Baie lekker gebly, dankie. Spasie in die badkamers was effe beperk, maar andersins was dit heerlik. Die akkommodasie was skoon en die gasvrou was baie behulpsaam.
