Located in coastal Umhlanga and offering direct beach access, 1 Cormoran is the ideal retreat for the whole family or friends.
The spacious apartment can accommodate 5 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom contains a queen-sized bed and a single bed. Guests share the use of 2 bathrooms, 1 fitted with a bath, shower and toilet, and the other with a shower and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, as well as a kettle and toaster. A washing machine and a dishwasher are also available. Leading from the kitchen is a 6-seater dining table and a lounge with comfortable seating and a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available.
Outside, guests can enjoy meals alfresco on the furnished patio, complete with a braai stand. The complex also offers access to a communal swimming pool and garden. Secure parking is provided for the duration of the stay. For those wishing to explore, Bronze Beach and the Umhlanga Promenade are within walking distance of the apartment.
