Best place ever. Perfect place to visit, just next to the beach. Pictures are the same as advertised. Very good place. I will visit very soon.

We enjoyed our stay while there. We didn't spend much time there during the day, but our evenings were fantastic.

Beautiful view of the sea and comfortable with a good location. Beautiful view of the sea towards Robben Island. (Can't see Table Mountain from here). Apartment comfortable, but needs some renovation. Bathroom cabinets need replacing. Needs a few cool drink glasses (tall glasses). The parking is very safe. Overall it's a very nice place and the location is very good. Restaurant right across the road. Big enough for 4 adults or 2 adults and two children.

Dissatisfied. The place has great potential but needs attention to maintenance and cleanliness. The wooden patio furniture needs treatment, the patio bench needs fixing, and one dining chair is unstable. Some basic kitchen items were missing, such as an egg lifter/spatula and dishwashing cloth. Cleaning was inconsistent: the couch had dirt between the cushions, under the beds was not properly cleaned, and the ironing board was unusable. The pillows and/or linens did not seem freshly washed, as they had a sweaty smell. The entrance door soft-close mechanism is also not working, causing the door to slam shut. That said, the sea view is beautiful, parking felt safe, the bathrooms are nice, and the beds are comfortable. With a few touch-ups and some modernisation, this could be a lovely home away from home.
