10 Ipanema Beach offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a tastefully furnished apartment, situated in the coastal town of Umhlanga, just north of Durban.
The apartment can accommodate 4 guests, and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, lounge and dining area. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are situated upstairs. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, basin and toilet. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and there is a shower, basin and toilet in the second bathroom. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, and one of the bedrooms has sea views.
The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, oven and stove, and a microwave, and there is a TV in the lounge with a full selection of DStv channels. Additional features include free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, a washing machine, and a tumble-dryer. Bath and beach towels are also provided.
The apartment features a patio with braai facilities for private use. Guests have access to a single lockable garage in front of the apartment, as well as another parking bay.
The complex offers a communal swimming pool and there is a gate to the side leading to the beach, which is within walking distance. The complex is fully secured, with a guard on duty 24-hours a day.
The location offers access to restaurants and sandy beaches.
