Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac, 10 Seaview Close is a gorgeous self-catering holiday home situated within the secure and picturesque Shelley Point Estate. This is a great option for a family getaway on the West Coast as this property is within walking distance from the beach.
This double-storey property can comfortably accommodate a total of 4 guests at a time and comprises 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. Both bedrooms are furnished with a king-size bed; however, only one of these rooms features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. A camping cot is available on request. The second bathroom has a bath and a shower. Quality linen and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee bar, cutlery and crockery as well as a central island with stools. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher and washing machine are available too. Leading from this kitchen is a lounge space with comfortable seating and a TV with streaming services. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available.
Additionally, this space also has a built-in indoor braai. Outside is a lovely seating area where guests can enjoy a morning coffee or a sundowner in the evening. During load shedding, this property is backed up by solar power. For beach lovers, bicycles, beach chairs, and beach towels are provided, making it easy to enjoy a fun day by the ocean.
Guests can explore the various activities and amenities within the estate and surrounding areas, including the Shelley Point Club House, a golf course, put-put, beaches, a soccer field, a volleyball court, and kayaking.
