104 The Valour is a lovely self-catering apartment located in a secure building in the Cape Town City Centre. This is ideal for business and leisure travellers who are looking for a peaceful and convenient homebase from where they can explore this popular destination.

This air-conditioned studio apartment can accommodate up to 2 guests and comprises an open-plan sleeping area and bathroom. The sleeping area is furnished with a queen-size bed and the bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided.

The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A washing machine is available for added convenience. The lounging area features a comfortable couch and a smart TV. Access to Wi-Fi is available.

Guests can enjoy an on-site restaurant and café. Local amenities such as shops and restaurants are within close proximity. Attractions in the surrounding area include the V & A Waterfront, the DHL Stadium, the CTICC, Iziko Bo-Kaap Museum, and Table Mountain Aerial Cableway.

Third-party bookings are not permitted. The lead guest must be present for the duration of the stay.

Valid government-issued ID copies are required for all guests prior to check-in, and must match the names on the reservation.

SimpliRent reserves the right to deny access or cancel the booking without refund if unauthorised, undeclared, or third-party guests attempt to access the property.
