I just wanted to send a quick note to say thank you so much for the wonderful stay. It was so lovely being near the ocean, and we really enjoyed our time there. And your children that are in Mossel Bay.

Nice because it's Mossel Bay.
The place itself is very nice and is in a nice location. My problem is that for R2900 a night, when I turn on the hot water, I want hot water. Their system is either not fixed or is too small to accommodate so many people. We reported it to them over and over again and they simply wiped their asses on us. They even said it was only us who complained about it. Well, if that was the case, why didn't they send someone out to come and have a look? We talked to the other tenants too and they all complained about it, but were too tired to say it on a dead ear. I can understand that they had a problem with the system in the beginning and I understand that, but until the day we drove, if we had maybe 5 minutes of hot water a day, that was a lot. We boiled pots to be able to bathe in hot water, because showering was a no go with hot water. The worst thing of all is I paid so much, but they don't care, because they already received their money. It's such a shame, because the place itself is really nice, but the way things were handled is completely unacceptable to me. But you will never see me again, because the service was just crap. I wish I could send you a bill for those of us who didn't have hot water.
Lekker oor dit Mosselbaai is.
Die plek self is baie lekker en is op 'n lekker plek geleë. My probleem is dat vir R2900 'n aand wil ek, as ek die warm water oopmaak, warm water wil hê. Hulle stelsel is of nie reggestel nie of is te klein om so baie mense te huisves. Ons het dit oor en oor aan hulle gerapporteer en hulle het eenvoudig net hulle gatte aan ons afgevee. Hulle het selfs gesê dis net ons wat daaroor kla. Wel, as dit so was, hoekom nie iemand uitgestuur om te kom kyk nie? Ons het met die ander huurders ook gesels en hulle almal het daaroor gekla, maar was al gatvol om dit op 'n dooie oor te sê. Ek kan verstaan hulle het 'n probleem met die stelsel in die begin gehad en dit verstaan ek, maar tot die dag wat ons gery het, as ons miskien 5 minute 'n dag warm water gehad het, is dit baie. Ons het potte gekook om te kan bad in warm water, want stort was 'n no go met warm water. Die ergste van alles is ek het so baie betaal, maar hulle worry nie, want hulle het klaar hulle geld ontvang. Dis so jammer, want die plek self is regtig nice, maar die manier hoe dinge hanteer is, is vir my heeltemal onaanvaarbaar. Maar julle sal my nooit weer sien nie, want die diens was net crap verby. Wens ek kon julle 'n rekening stuur vir die wat ons nie warm water gehad het nie.
