106 Neptune Isle is a lovely self-catering apartment situated in a secure estate right on the beachfront in Milnerton, Cape Town. It is ideally suited for friends and family who are looking for a peaceful and convenient homebase from where they can explore and enjoy this coastal destination.
This apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom contains a bunk bed. The shared bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, basin and toilet. Additionally, a cot and high chair are available with prior arrangement. Bed linen and bath towels are provided, however guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A washing machine is provided for added convenience. The dining and lounging areas have comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, and for guests' entertainment there is a TV. Access to Wi-Fi is available.
The unit opens up onto an outdoor patio, and guests can enjoy on-site amenities such as direct beach access, a communal swimming pool and seating areas. Secure parking is available on the premises.
