This welcoming family holiday home offers a comfortable and spacious retreat, reminiscent of the charm of a classic beach getaway.
Set over two levels, the house provides private, direct access to the beach and is just a short stroll from the lagoon and netted main beach.
Perfect for easy, relaxed days by the sea.
A large covered veranda invites you to enjoy outdoor dining or simply unwind in the shade, while braai facilities make entertaining effortless.
The property also features a lovely netted swimming pool, ideal for cooling off on warm days.
The lush garden and expansive lawn create the perfect space for children and pets to run and play freely.
Inside, the home boasts generous living areas, including a lounge, dining room, and a pool room complete with a dartboard.
The kitchen, with its cosy breakfast nook, is complemented by a separate laundry.
Guests can enjoy Wi-Fi throughout their stay and stream DSTV using their own account.
The well-equipped kitchen includes ample fridge and freezer space, a microwave, air fryer, Nespresso machine, electric hob and oven, as well as all necessary cutlery and crockery.
For peace of mind, the property is fully fenced, walled, and gated, and fitted with an alarm system, security beams, and armed response. Two lock-up garages are available, and a safe is provided in the main bedroom for valuables.
Please note that the house is not serviced; however, a domestic worker can be arranged on request.
The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms, serviced by three bathrooms.
All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans, built-in cupboards, hangers, and all linen, bath, and beach towels are provided.
