Description
This welcoming family holiday home offers a spacious and comfortable retreat, full of classic beach house charm. Set over two levels, it provides private, direct access to the beach and is just a short stroll from the lagoon and main beach—perfect for relaxed days by the sea.
A large covered veranda is ideal for outdoor dining or unwinding in the shade, while braai facilities make entertaining easy. The property also features a netted swimming pool for warm days, as well as a lush garden and expansive lawn where children and pets can play freely.
Inside, the home offers generous living spaces, including a lounge, dining room, and a pool room with a dartboard. The kitchen, complete with a cosy breakfast nook and separate laundry, is fully equipped with ample fridge and freezer space, a microwave, air fryer, Nespresso machine, electric hob and oven, and all necessary cutlery and crockery. Guests can enjoy Wi-Fi throughout and stream DStv using their own account.
For added security, the property is fully fenced, walled, and gated, and includes an alarm system, security beams, and armed response. Two lock-up garages are available, along with a safe in the main bedroom. While the house is not serviced, a domestic worker can be arranged on request.
The home accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms and three bathrooms. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans, built-in cupboards, hangers, and include linen, bath, and beach towels.
Upstairs, the main bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. Three additional bedrooms each have 2 single beds and share a bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet. There is also a separate guest toilet on this level.
Downstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, basin, and toilet, as well as a games room with a table tennis table.
Please note that the property is located next to a public park, which may be lively and occasionally noisy during the day.
