Professional upholstery cleaners had already been scheduled to service the apartment following the guests’ departure, and all damaged items have since been replaced.
The listing clearly states that the self-catering apartment is located on the top floor of the building. Unfortunately, not all guests fully understand what “self-catering” entails. My cleaning team services the apartment after every checkout and ensures it is thoroughly cleaned. I also personally inspect the property on a monthly basis.
It is quite disappointing to read some of the reviews, which seem to lack fairness and consideration.
