Disappointed, dirty, not worth the money paid. Honestly, this was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed, especially considering the price. I paid R1100 for the night and the value for money was extremely poor. The place was not properly cleaned on arrival. Also, some of the cutlery I took out was still dirty, there was no cleaning cloth, drying cloth, mop, or anything to clean with, and even the toilet paper provided was only single-ply. When we arrived, the fridge was completely defrosted and leaking water everywhere. The temperature setting had been turned down to the lowest level. Someone did come to look at it, but there was water all over the floor and no way for us to wipe it up (he had to use the single-ply toilet paper).
