12 Settler Sands Beachfront Duplex Apartment offers comfortably furnished self-catering accommodation in Port Alfred, ideal for a family of up to four guests. The property is perfectly positioned just 120 m from West Beach and 170 m from the Kowie River, allowing easy access to both seaside and river activities.
The duplex unit features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a separate guest toilet, and open-plan living spaces. The main bedroom offers a lovely sea view and is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The shared bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided, and guests are requested to bring their own swimming towels.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, microwave, fridge, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, with a dining table for enjoying meals together. The lounge provides comfortable seating and a TV with selected DStv channels, and opens onto a patio with sea views, creating a relaxed space to unwind. Braai (barbecue) facilities and private parking are also available.
Please note that the unit operates on its own water system with a pressure pump, which may be affected during power outages.
Port Alfred offers a wide range of activities for visitors, including beachcombing, swimming, surfing, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, whale watching, hiking, and golfing at the Royal Port Alfred Golf Club.
