15 on Salmon is a self-catering holiday home in the heart of Pennington, located just 75 m from the beach. The property offers a comfortable coastal retreat for large families or groups of friends.
The house can accommodate up to eight adults and comprises four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main and second bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, while the third bedroom contains two single beds. The fourth bedroom is separate from the main house, has a set of bunk beds, and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and toilet. The remaining two bathrooms are fitted with a bath, a shower, and a toilet, respectively.
The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dining table adjoins the kitchen, and the lounge features comfortable seating and a TV with DStv. Free Wi-Fi is available.
