The property comprises 2 separate units, namely a villa and an apartment, accommodating up to 8 guests and 3 guests respectively. Each unit is furnished with comfortable beds and includes bathrooms fitted with a bath and/or shower, toilet, and washbasin. While the units share a staircase leading to private entrances and the parking area, each accommodation offers privacy and has its own dedicated secure parking bay behind an automated gate.

Both units feature fully equipped kitchens containing a fridge, microwave, kettle, stove, oven, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi access, braai facilities, and secure parking. Guests are requested to bring their own braai grid and firewood, as availability and condition of supplied items may vary.

Due to the age and character of the villa, which dates back to 1900, and its close proximity to the sea, the environment may be less suitable for guests with allergies or those who are immunocompromised. Cellular reception in the area is limited, although complimentary Wi-Fi is available at the property. The automated gate, parking area, and staircase are shared with neighbouring residents, and guests are required to use the allocated parking bay and ensure the gate is securely closed after each use to maintain safety for residents, children, and pets.
