The flat is clean; however, it is very hot and humid. The photos of the flat are not recent. The flat needs maintenance. The air conditioning in the one bedroom, which is not the main bedroom, does not work properly. The main room has a stand-up fan, which is not sufficient for the humid heat. The rest of the house is humid and hot as there is no other air conditioning. The central air conditioning is out of order.
