"Caretaker" is tops. Stayed at 2 different units. Sunday afternoon - a group of 20 plus were sitting outside and hanging out, but about half an hour after I checked in, they turned down the music. The guesthouse only sleeps 14 people, so it's clear that outside visitors are allowed to hang out with guests. The next morning it looked like a hurricane had hit the place, as liquor bottles were littering the outside. At Room 3 - no outside light outside the unit. Came in after 10pm and felt unsafe standing in the dark to unlock the unit. At Room 4 - the unit is near the main gate. The outside gate to the unit doesn't close properly. There are also no outside chairs. Linen and towels have clearly been washed a lot and could do with an upgrade. No free basic toiletries were provided as advertised. Cozy. It was a pleasant experience. I travelled from Burgersfort, Limpopo, to Johannesburg, Gauteng. My mind was at ease knowing that I had a place to rest my head. There was constant communication to ensure I was not alone on the trip. Upon arrival, I was welcomed with open hands. Bedding was nice. The only thing was there was no shampoo or lotion. But I brought my own, so it wasn't a disaster. Highly recommend. Great value for money.

Home away from home! It was awesome and I'd definitely book this place again! I just wish they had furniture for the patio area! It's not the same without it.
