The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the 6-seater dining table. A dishwasher, a washing machine, and a tumble-dryer are also available for guests to use.
This unit features a gas stove, providing a reliable cooking option during load shedding.
Guests can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV with selected DStv channels, and capped Wi-Fi access is available. The living area opens onto a balcony furnished with a dining table and braai facilities, overlooking the ocean.
Parking is available in the double garage for 2 vehicles and a third can park in front of the garage. The house can be serviced daily on request at an additional cost.
The complex offers a communal swimming pool, and easy access to the beach.
