Welcome to 25 on First, a delightful self catering villa nestled in the prestigious Shelley Point Golf & Security Estate, a private walled and gated enclave, with 24 hour Security, ensuring complete safety and peace of mind. A home loved by children and designed for comfort, our child friendly setting ensures a fun packed and enjoyable stay for guests of all ages. Here, you can unwind and soak in stunning ocean and beach views from the comfort of your balcony. Our villa is solar powered and equipped with backup power to ensure your stay is both comfortable and environmentally friendly.
The villa is available for exclusive hire, offering a serene escape, and guests are kindly asked to bring their own DStv packages. You'll find two Smart TVs, one in the upstairs lounge and another in the downstairs entertainment area, complete with an HDMI cable in the upstairs lounge for your convenience.
25 on First can accommodate up to 10 adults and 6 children, or a maximum of 12 adults if travelling without children. We warmly welcome smaller groups, contact us directly for tailored rates for groups comprising of 4 to 9 people. There are six inviting bedrooms, five of which boast en-suite facilities. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a sleeper couch, complemented by a bathroom featuring a bath, shower, dual basins, and a toilet. The second bedroom offers a king size bed with a shower, basin, and toilet. The third bedroom includes a queen bed, a sleeper couch, and an adjacent area where there are bunk beds, and an en-suite with a shower, basin, and toilet. The fourth, fifth, bedrooms each have a queen bed with en-suite bathrooms; the sixth bedroom has a queen bed and toilet , however, would share the shower facilities with bedroom 5. Additionally, the downstairs area hosts a set of single bunk beds and a set of 3/4 pull out beds for the children. We provide all linen, bath towels, swimming towels and there are two guest toilets conveniently located downstairs. For your comfort, air conditioning is available in the main upstairs bedroom and the upstairs lounge.
Our villa features two fully equipped kitchens, complete with fridge freezers, a 95l Deep Freeze, stoves, ovens, microwaves, cutlery, crockery, an ice making machine, an air fryer, and tea and coffee making facilities. Both kitchens are equipped with drinking water Filtration Systems.. Each kitchen leads to a cosy lounge area with comfortable seating, and complimentary Wi Fi is available throughout the villa.
The downstairs entertainment area opens onto a communal wooden deck, featuring a 8m length swimming pool, a shaded boma a fire pit, a Kolkol wood-fired hot tub, braai facilities, and an outdoor shower.
Upon request, extra cleaning services are available at our Guests expense
