Welcome to 25 on First, a delightful self-catering villa nestled within the prestigious Shelley Point Golf & Security Estate. This private, walled and gated estate offers 24-hour security, ensuring complete peace of mind throughout your stay. Designed with families in mind, the villa provides a child-friendly environment where guests of all ages can relax, play, and create lasting memories—while enjoying beautiful ocean and beach views from the balcony.
The villa is available for exclusive use and comfortably accommodates up to 10 adults and 6 children, or a maximum of 12 adults when travelling without children. Smaller groups are also welcome, with tailored rates available on request. The home features 6 well-appointed bedrooms, 5 of which offer en-suite bathrooms. The main bedroom includes a queen-size bed and sleeper couch, along with a full en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, dual basins, and toilet. The second bedroom has a king-size bed with an en-suite shower, while the third bedroom offers a queen-size bed, sleeper couch, bunk beds in an adjacent space, and an en-suite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms each feature queen-size beds, with the sixth bedroom sharing shower facilities with the fifth. Additional sleeping space for children is available downstairs with bunk beds and pull-out beds. All linen, bath towels, and swimming towels are provided, along with two guest toilets on the lower level. Air conditioning is available in the main upstairs bedroom and lounge.
The villa boasts two fully equipped kitchens, each fitted with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, deep freeze, air fryer, ice-making machine, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Drinking water filtration systems are installed in both kitchens for added convenience. Each kitchen flows into a comfortable lounge area, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own DStv login details, with Smart TVs available in both the upstairs lounge and downstairs entertainment area.
Outdoors, the home truly shines. The downstairs entertainment area opens onto a spacious wooden deck featuring an 8-metre swimming pool, a shaded boma, fire pit, KolKol wood-fired hot tub, and braai facilities—perfect for relaxed days and social evenings under the stars.
