Description

Pearl of the Paarl offers self-catering accommodation which boasts a central location in the south of Paarl, just off the Main Street. Laborie Estate, restaurants, and shops are within close proximity. This unit is an ideal stay for solo business and leisure travellers as well as for a small family.

This apartment is situated in an apartment complex on the first floor and can accommodate up to 4 adults in 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, washbasin, and a toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, and the shared bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a bar fridge, stove, oven, air fryer, microwave, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities with bar stools. The living room is furnished with a couch and a chair, and a Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney, and DStv for your own login accounts. The room opens onto a balcony nicely shaded in the hot summer. Access to free Wi-Fi is also available.

Guests have access to 1 off-street parking. Guests can enjoy wine tasting and walking trails. Note: again to mention it is on the first floor with stairs in a complex.
