27 Kyalanga is an apartment located in Umhlanga, a resort town north of Durban on the coast of KwaZulu-Natal. The apartment is tastefully furnished, offering the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal living, and is the ideal place for guests seeking a getaway close to the sea.
The apartment has air conditioning only in the main bedroom. The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating 6 guests. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a bath. The second and third rooms each have 2 single beds and share a bathroom fitted with a shower. Quality linen and bath towels are provided.
The living space features a dining area and a lounge with a Smart TV and comfortable couches. Please bring your own DStv and Netflix login codes for the smart TV; we do not provide DSTV, etc. Relax in the second lounge overlooking the garden and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and kettle. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided for added convenience.
Guests will have access to the communal swimming pool, braai facilities, free Wi-Fi, and secure parking. The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the beach and promenade and within safe walking distance of Umhlanga Village, with its vibrant mix of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and supermarkets.
