The initial impression was not good, but we eventually enjoyed our stay. The location of the flat is excellent for access to the beach. The flat itself needs some TLC. No plugs in the kitchen and bathroom basin, curtains in one room partly off the rail, rusty pan in the kitchen, kitchen surfaces not quite clean. In the end, we did enjoy our stay and will come back again.
