29 Perissa offers the perfect coastal retreat within walking distance of the beach in Shaka’s Rock, providing a relaxed and convenient seaside escape.
The beautiful villa can accommodate up to 10 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms. The 2 main bedrooms are furnished with king-sized beds, 1 of which has an en-suite bathroom with a toilet and a bath with an overhead shower. The next 2 bedrooms each feature a queen-sized bed, while the remaining bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds. Guests share the use of 2 bathrooms with a shower and toilet, and a separate toilet is also available. All linen and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities and a breakfast island with stools. A washing machine and dishwasher are also available. Adjacent to the kitchen is an 8-seater dining table, ideal for shared meals. The lounge offers comfortable couches and a TV with access to free Wi-Fi. Sliding doors lead to semi enclosed balcony with outdoor furniture and a braai stand, an ideal spot to enjoy the ocean views.
Additionally, guests have access to shared jungle gyms, 7 walking trails, a viewing deck and 6 swimming pools. For those wishing to explore the area, Santorini Beach, Hole in the Wall and Engagement Bay are within walking distance of the property.
