Description
3 Corkwood is a spacious and well-appointed self-catering holiday home located in the sought-after Zimbali Coastal Estate on the north coast of KwaZulu-Natal. Set within a secure estate surrounded by indigenous forest and close to the Indian Ocean, it offers a peaceful and luxurious coastal escape.
The fully furnished home accommodates up to 8 guests and features 4 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The main and second bedrooms are fitted with super king-size beds and include en-suite bathrooms with both a bath and a separate shower. The third bedroom also has a super king-size bed, while the fourth bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed; both of these rooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers. Linen and towels are provided for guests’ comfort.
The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living area offers comfortable seating and a TV, and opens onto a balcony with a built-in braai (barbecue) area, ideal for relaxed outdoor dining.
Additional features include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all bedrooms and the lounge, Smart TVs in both lounges and all bedrooms, DStv, and backup power to ensure a comfortable stay. The property also boasts a private swimming pool and secure parking behind electronic gates.
Please note that access to the estate is strictly controlled. The Zimbali Resort Welcome Centre requires a minimum of 48 hours to process all guest identification documents (ID, passport, or driver’s licence). Bookings made within this timeframe cannot be accommodated. Uber and taxi access is not permitted inside the estate, and guests are advised to arrange their own transport. No day visitors are allowed within Zimbali Coastal Estate.
Spanning 370 hectares along the coastline, the estate offers a tranquil setting with access to golden beaches, warm ocean waters, and a variety of leisure activities, making it an ideal destination for a relaxing seaside getaway.
